If the key will not come out by wiggling it back and forth, up and down as you pull, you might need to call a professional locksmith to repair the tumblers inside the key cylinder.

You are going to have to replace the lock cylinder. You need to disassemble the stearing shaft cover and remove the lock cylinder. The replacement cylinder can be purchased as the dealer and will include new keys.

It's common for someone to park their car/truck with the steering wheel off of center and have the wheel become locked. The fix is to pull the steering wheel left/right until the pressure is released and the key should move freely. Other problems related to stuck tumblers - which can be fixed with WD40 or a new key being cut.

Usually when a key is stuck in a car it is because it has not fully returned to the off position. Try wiggling you key if it moves at all. If you can get it too the off position then good, if not contact your local garage.

Look for a wire, a coat hanger wire would be more recomended. At the drivers door insert the wire where the door joins the glass trace the lever and lift.

Unfortunately, this job requires a professional locksmith or dealer to address. If you have not already tried, jiggle the steering wheel at the same time turning the key to release. Otherwise, you can attempt to disassemble the steering column, but again this is a job best left to the professionals.

This happens occasionally due to the steering lock. Try turning the wheels as you wiggle the key. Make sure the car is fully engaged in park and the key is in exactly the right position. A lso try pushing in and turning the key.

Neutral safety switch failure. it's when the vehicle does not see the shifter in the park position and won't allow removal of key. all you can try is to wiggle the shifter into park. needs to be serviced

Do not try to remove the key from the ignition. It might need a new lock, they should remove the ignition key lock cylinder and have it replaced.
