My Frigidaire refrigerator was not making much ice and was pooling water on the ground around it. What could be wrong?

You might want to check the hoses and make sure they are connected correctly. If that doesn't work, I'd call the manufacturer to see if this is a common problem.

Overtime, the water intake can get plugged. Have you moved the fridge lately for cleaning? Sometimes when you back your fridge into its original location, you can pinch or kink the tubing. Another problem might be that you need to change you filter. Try swapping out your old filter first. This might save you a service call.
