First off is it a refrigerator equiped with an ice maker or not. IF it has no external water supply and is leaking water its a condensor problem.

The drain tube to the evaporator pan may be clogged. Is there a tray (in the fridge at the top, inside toward the middle, on the back wall) if there is it may be clogged.  add a comment

The very first thing I would check is your door seal. Make sure it is in good condition and there are no gaps when it is closed. You might also check the freezer drain to make sure it is not clogged.

Well unfortunately there are just way too many possibilities without you going into further details of your fridge. It could very well be from the ice maker, waterline.

Usually condensate water collects in a pan mounted on the compressor where the heat will evaperate it. If your refrigerator is not level it will run over onto the floor.

I would take the back off and find the hose that leads to the freezer or if you have a water chamber on the front of the refrigerator make sure that the connections are tight. Also be sure that the pan to catch water is position correctly.

The best thing to do is to try to find out where it is leaking. If you can find out where the water is coming from you can take the part up to your local Sears and they will get you the replacement part.

If it's a freezer-on-top, there is a tube in the back (possibly covered) that drains water from the auto-defrost. This tube can freeze and cause an overflow.

Is your refrigerator a frost-free model, or does it have an automatic-icemaker water-connection? Chances are either, Your refrigerator's: 1. Has a bad door-seal, and water is condensing & dripping - replace seal; 2. Automatic-icemaker water is leaking - fix/shut-off leak; 3. Is a frost-free model, and your condensate or evaporator drain is clogged & overflowing - unclog drain.

I have the same problem my advice get a new refrigerator I have had whirpool come out and test mine and every thing and they say there is nothing that can be done about it that it is the way things are being put in the freezer and it causes a tube to freeze when it thaws water everywhere.

In some fridges there is a tray underneath them that may need to be cleaned. A leak can also mean that the fridge is not sitting correctly or leaning.

Well, if there is a leak and all, then you have to take it back and have them replace it.
