He has no symptoms. No fever, pains, listlessness, loss of appetite, mood change.

Absence of other symptoms makes it likely it's nothing systemic or grave, but rather linked to the digestive tract in some way. Might even be an overreaction to vomiting itself.

Well im in no way a doctor but it could something he ate or the early signs of the flu.
