The best thing you can do is try your best to grieve and then move on. Anyone who says they can help you contact her is preying on your pain.

This is really a matter of personal opinion and belief. There are some who believe that prayer can contact a deceased animal's spirit, yet some believe that once an animal has passed on, there is no way to contact it. The grief process is long and takes some time to recover from.
