A dog can have digestive issues such as gas.
As long as the animal is eating, drinking, urinating and defecating there is no need to worry.
Pepto Bismol can help; 1 tsp every 4-6 hours (depending on size).
A dog's stomach will "growl" or make noise just like a human's will. The digestive process creates gas and bubbles as things move through the system; hence the noises. As long as your dog is eating and drinking well, urinating and defecating and behaving normally, no worries.

Thank you for your 'advice'. This gurgling has only commenced in recent weeks. he eats, drinks, and bodily functions happen as required, though some days he doesn't seem interested in food, and it can take until mid-afternoon before he is tempted. add a comment
He may have just eaten something that is not agreeing with him or he may have eaten grass when he was outside if his stomach was upset. You can give the dog 1 teaspoon of Peptol Bismol every 4 to 6 hours as needed for an upset stomach. This should go away on its own.
