Well, C'mon- you should get Puss to a vet! If you can't afford that, hot, constant wet compresses, and see if there is a foreign object you need to remove.

It sounds like your cat's paw is infected, so it needs to go to a vet. He will most likely need antibiotics and will need to have the paw cleaned.

Take it to the vet. There's nothing you can do at home to treat an infected paw. Infection is painful, and can lead to death. Don't let your cat needlessly suffer.
