Yes, it is definite that you can get pregnant when you go off the pill. Unless you are still carrying the baby at the time. Though when you deliver the baby, make sure to go back on a method of birth control when you are ready to have sex again.

Of course it is. The second you stop taking those pills you could potentially get pregnant again. If you're worried about getting pregnant again take proper precautions. Either have your partner wear a condom or get your tubes tied if you never want another baby.

Yes' it is no problem to get pregnant for a third child as long as you take proper amount of vitamins that are required as you may be above 30yrs and you already have 2 issues. Don't worry you will have healthy baby.
