It is not uncommon for a woman to get pregnant in the first month after stopping birth control pills. Because the birth control pills influence your body's cycles with hormones, you should wait at least a couple months to try to become pregnant. The rate of multiple births is increased the first month after stopping the birth control pill.

The probability is pretty low. Your body is trying to get back into a rhythm, but it needs a few months to get on track. If you don't get pregnant in a year, seek help.

It is actually REALLY likely. Doctors recommend women who try to get pregnant to get on the pill for a few months. To those who think it is rare, tell it to my five-year-old :))

The probability of getting pregnant during the first month after discontinuing birth control pills would be the same as any other month.

Getting pregnant the first month off of birth control is not unheard of but it is also not likely. It takes time for your body to adjust to not being on the pill. For the most part most doctors say that it takes up to six months to get pregnant once stopping the pill.
