For most people it is safe. Make sure you read what is in Tylenol p. m. in case you are allergic to something in it. Only take as much as the box tells you to take. There is an amount on there for a reason.

Yes it is safe but daily use is not good because your body can become dependent on it. Keep in mind tylenol isn't good for the liver either.

It is safe in that if taken in the recommended dosages it has a very low statistical probability of hurting you. However like any medicine abusing it can cause damage for you. You also need to make sure not to drive after taking the Tylenol p. m because it can cause drunk like driving.

It is safe when taken as directed. It is not meant to be a sleep aid. It is meant to help you sleep while you are in pain.
