If you're talking about updating your physical card, then No. If you're talking about drivers simply go to the ATI website and download updated drivers.

Unfortunately, you have to pay for this service to update for ATI graphics for free. You can go on their website and contact customer service about your situation and they will help.

You can update your graphics card drivers for free by going to the ATI website. The ATI drivers will be available to download.
