There is only one OFFICIAL national anthem of the United States of America. It is the Star Spangled Banner. Others may be called "anthems" or "national songs" but unofficially.

While there is only one official American anthem "Lift Every Voice and Sing" was adopted as the "Negro National Anthem" by the NAACP in 1919 and was often sung alongside "The Star Spangled Banner" at public events in areas with a large black population.
