Argentina is a beautiful country, but just like any foreign country, you must research what kind of vaccinations are required and/or recommended before visiting. The weather is usually very warm and, especially during their summer, great for going to the beach. I really wouldn't worry about security, just as long as you don't bring up politics to the locals.

Always check with the U. S. State Department for traveler alerts. June is late fall/early winter in Argentina, so pack accordingly.
