Is there any place where euthanasia is legal?

Euthanasia is legal in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Albania. Although it is not legal in Switzerland, that country does not punish any doctors who perform euthanasia on terminally ill patients.

The debate is pretty much the same all over the world but assisted Euthanasia is legal in 3 US states- Oregon, Washington and Montana. It's also legal in the Netherlands, Albania and Lexumbeourg. It's outlaws in Swizerland as well, although doctors and others who assist in the process are not punnished.
