There is alot of magazines that would buy that kind of information. Such as, Cosmopolitan Magazine. They are always looking for good gossip and advice on subjects as this. You could also try Readers Digest, if you are looking to get published, this would be very good but, I heard that you should start small then work your way up.

The New Yorker is the gold standard for short stories, including cheating spouse stories. They pay well, but it is very hard to get published there because of the of competition.

There's no particular publication that specializes in cheating spouse stories. You might check out Writer's Market for possible markets. A story may be true, but that doesn't make it interesting. The story must have value, not just shock value.
