Yes, there is a turbo version of ford ranger out there. This can also be done by upgrading the engine. This turbo engine can be found out easily, you can try locally or check the internet to find the nearest place where its available.

There is no stock Ford Ranger with a turbo kit in it. You can always add a turbo kit to just about any car. If you have the money, you could easily get one installed, but they were never installed in the factory. The turbo kit would work well with a cold air intake.
