Detroit holds a car show every year. I do not think I have even seen lowrider cars there. Lowriders cars do not come from the manufacturer like that. In order to get a lowrider you have to get your ride "pimped".
yes there are shows on custom lowriders although usually in larger metropolitan areas. these cars are very popular in areas such as los angeles and have a veriety of features such as hydrolics and audio systems.
