Yes. New Balance. There was a episode of Modern Marvels (History Channel) about how and why it was in America and not in China. They have been making shoes since 1906 in Boston, MA. They also have a Factory in England, but only shoes made in England are sold in England. No English NB shoes in America.

Yes, There is. There actually is alot of companies that have their whole manufacturing base in the US. There is "THE UNITED STATES SHOE CORPORATION", this company manufactures, imports and sells some of the most popular brands of shoes and has their whole manufacture base in U.S.

Yes, there are shoes whose entire manufacturing base is in the USA. I believe a Google Search result just listed a website that shows an entire list of US companies that keep their factories within the borders and decided not to move abroad. At least with these products, there is still chances for good employment.
