Is there a relationship between high blood pressure and shingles?

There isn't a direct and obvious one that is taught in medical school. Shingles is caused by a latent viral infection, not blood pressure.

There are no relationship between high blood pressure and shingles however, it is often appeared very similar. High blood pressure never cause to shingles. But, when your body is weak, then possibility of occurring high blood pressure and shingles cannot be ruled out. Healthy people, who take regular exercise and eating right food are not susceptible to these diseases.

No; shingles is actually caused by reactivation of the virus that causes chickenpox. This virus is in the group of herpes viruses.
