High cholesterol levels ultimately leave fatty deposits on your arteries which causes blood flow restriction in key body areas. This would ultimately result in a hearts attack, stroke etc. Restriction in blood can lead to pains in those body areas. This doesn't happen over night but is cumilative over time.

While cholesterol does not cause pain, the plaque build-up in arteries, veins and capilaries can cause a reduction in blood flow, which can trigger aches and pains, especially in legs.

Well yeah when you have low cholesterol you can have a lot of problems such as head aches and you can also feel like fainting as well. But you know what if you have high cholesterol you can also have some other problems and you will feel a lot more pain as well.

Elevated cholesterol levels in and of themselves cause no symptoms. However, the increased cholesterol in the body can cause atherosclerosic disease. When located in the coronary arteries, this problem can lead to chest pain called angina.

Yes, but only if the pain originates from your chest. Cholesterol levels that drift into dangerous ranges are an indicator for heart disease. Any chest pain could signal problems with your heart and need to be taken as a serious signal to make an appointment with your doctor to have things checked-out further.

The only correlation i could see between the two is if the cholesterol caused blocked arteries and began caused chest, arm or shoulder pain.

Higher cholesterol usually will not be accompanied by any other health symptoms but in some cases it can happen. High Blood pressure can go hand in hand with high cholesterol. High blood pressure is what can cause pain, headaches and severe migraines. If you have pain and high cholesterol it means you may have high blood pressure.
