There was one, in the USA. It was called the Pokemon Center in New York City. Now it's the Nintendo World Store, but they still have lots of Pokemon merchandise. If you're going to Japan, there are at least 6 different Pokemon Center stores, open seasonally.

Yes! There are Pokemon-themed stores online, and regular old brick and mortar stores located in the United States, Japan, and other countries! The store located in the United States is called the Nintendo World Store, featuring not only a huge Pokemon selection, but items from other Nintendo franchises as well.

Yes, there are several Japanese Pokemon stores. There was also one in New York City, but it was turned into a generic Nintendo store (it still sells Pokemon items, though).

There is not a Pokemon store but there is a Nintendo store in New York City that has a large section devoted to Pokemon. It has everything from games to little stuffed pokemon to clothing.
