Mouthwashes are used primarily for germ fighting and breath freshening. Any claims that state they can restore enamel or actually whiten teeth are false. Ask your dentist about ways to protect the enamel on your teeth. He is the only one who will be able to help you there. No over the counter product can create enamel.

I am not aware of any mouthwash that restores enamel but Oxyfresh makes a great mouthwash that will help keep what you have and shine it up.

There is currently no such thing as a mouthwash that can restore enamel. some that claim to reduce enamel loss and to protect it, but none of them restore it.

Enamel is the hardest structure and there are no mouthwashes available which can restore the enamel. Fluoride based mouthwashes sometimes help in re-mineralizing the tooth structure thereby preventing sensitivity to cold and hot foods.

I am pretty sure there are mouthwashes that restore enamel if used correctly and on a daily basis. Check with your dentist for a list of them.
