Is there a computer in most Federal Prisons so I can take an on-line MBA course?

All prisons have computers and computer access, it does not mean that all prisoners would be entitled to use them and the amount of time authorized for access is likely to not be enough for an online Masters program. Reasons for incarceration would dictate the privilege and level of access.

Inmates of Federal Prisons don't have access to the internet. There is a new program that allows inmates to send and receive emails with a limited number of approved contacts.
