No. Deforestation of rain forest for natural textile farming hurts them, increases soil erosion and fertilizers pollute the water. The man-made textiles contribute globally to pollution. Manufacturing process, packaging and transporting them to market contributes to the equation as well. There are many other factors involved. Anyone who says different is selling t-shirts.

In fact, Andira Rain Tees is a brand of t-shirts that help the rain forests. It was founded in 2005 by Beth Doane.

There is a product to help any enviromental cause, not really "brand" relevant though. You can start by looking at charities that sell goods with the proceeds going to their cause. In this case, you would want to look for charities like The Rainforest Site or The Nature Conservancy. They make and market their own goods.
