Olympic athletes that win medals do not receive monetary awards just for winning the medal. They can sometimes turn that experience into an endorsement contract ( like Michael Phelps )

There is no bonus from the Olympic Committee for the medallists , but most of the countries offer cash prizes to the winners.

If you are asking about the International Olympic Committee, I do not believe they provide bonuses to medalists in the games. They provide medals and the opportunity to be in the history books. On the other hand, I believe that countries do provide their athletes with monetary bonuses especially those that win Olympic medals.

The bonus for winning an Olympic medal is that you get a lot more exposure. This can lead to advertising deals and sponsorships.
