No, that is not the same thing. Bonus is reward which you got with your hard work on some job and you don't have bonus every month, you got bonus when you deserve it! Salary increase is when your employer decide to increase salary's in whole company for some percent, and it is constant each month!

I think a bonus is something separate from your annual salary. It's usually tied to some aspect of company or employee performance and can fluctuate depending on how well the employee or the company as a whole achieve a certain metric. Individual raises to annual salary should be negotiated separately.
