There are groups that meet at the library and hold training courses for babysitters. There might be something at school in the Home Economics class. Start your own get -together with other babysitters, you can share your experiences and start a guild book that will help other babysitters do their job. What amount to charge, per child, nite, transportation etc.

I never heard of one, but there are training classes that can guild you on that profession. Their might be one for a Nanny.

There are many babysitters clubs around the U.S. but there are none that are official. Anything official would be issued by the government.
