Is the popular reality show Jersey Shore filmed in New Jersey, if so where?

The show, Jersey Shore was filmed at the Jersey Shore at the town Sea Side Hights on the shore, but it was filmed last summer. It's not currently being filmed anywhere. The cast has contracts for next summer from MTV, but there's no gurantee that it will be in the same town.

It is Jersey all the way. The majority of the filming took place in Seaside Heights, in a summer share of a beach house. However, filming also occurred in Toms River, Neptune and Atlantic City, New Jersey. The show highlighted different aspects of life in New Jersey and cause some controversy.

I have 3 friends from New Jersey and the show is NOT filmed in Jersey it is filmed in Delaware, on a beach that is "technically" a part of the Jersey Shore.

Yes, the series "Jersey Shore" is filmed in New Jersey. The show focuses on young people spending their summer months on the New Jersey shore. The bulk of the filming is at Seaside Heights cottage but the television show has filmed in other areas of the state, including Atlantic City.
