It's toxic to humans, and also toxic to cats. If your cat ingests it, take him/her to a vet or emergency clinic ASAP.

i wouldnt think it would be too healthy. if your cat is exhibiting any signs of sickness you should seek help at the vet immediately.

the liquid in one glow stick has a very low toxicity for cats or other animals. However, a glow stick also contains glass, which is harmful.

I would say that would be negative because kids play with glow sticks so in other words it should be relatively safe! I would not suggest ingesting the liquid to anyone because it could make you very ill!
