Yes. This pen was actually awarded the Arthritis Foundation's Commendation for Ease-of-Use. It has a wide comfort grip which alleviates stress on the hand from writing. It is also available in a pencil as well.
I have a Dr. Grip and some arthritis in my hands from knitting. I think it's a really comfortable pen, and it's never caused me pain from prolongued use.
