For the most part yes. Dog are not supposed to eat the same food as humans. It can be very unhealthy for them and even make them sick. A treat from time to time is ok but it should not be an everyday thing.

It is not recommended that table food be fed to dogs, as many table food do not digest in dogs stomach well and some can even be toxic. Chocolate, grapes, raisins, macadamia nuts, onions, garlic, and other types of foods are known to be toxic to dogs.

It's TERRIBLE for dogs. It can cause Obesity, Diarrhea, and other major problems. Plus some human foods can kill dogs.
