Is T Mobile service reliable?

T Mobile service is mostly reliable. Even Verizon, who says that they never drop calls does. No provider can guarantee perfection.

In major cities it's pretty reliable, but it does not have as big of a network as some of the other companies so if you go into a more suburban or rural area you might not get service.

I have heard T Mobile service is poor compared to competitors. The number one most reliable cell phone provider is Verizon.

T Mobile is just as reliable as any other phone service provider. It all depends on location and what kind of satellites there are in your area that actually pick up and send cell phone service signals. Most big cities have no problems with reception, its the small towns that seem to have the problems.

It's fairly reliable. I wouldn't say its the most reliable. I had them for a few months and lost service a few times but I don't live in a big city.
