Yes it is in some dictionaries. It like many other words used regularly that have been made famous by movies do become included. Smaller concise dictionaries may not include it simply due to editing and space constraints.

In older dictionary versions the word "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" was not used, because it is a nonsense word, with no definition given to it. It's from the movie "Mary Poppins". However though in newer versions of dictionaries the word can be found, as it is frequently used in modern speech. The dictionary meaning for the word is "fantastic".
