Where can I find a good dictionary of math terms?

Any collegiate dictionary, including online, includes math terms - often as the third or fourth meaning, with the indication "math" in italics. There are actually several different types of math, each with some specialized vocabulary. Textbooks have glossaries of their special terms, often in the back.

If you are unfamiliar with terms used in math, usually a glossary in the back of the textbook will give you a good, general, definition. Alternately, search the index in a relevant math textbook to find the pages where the term is introduced. Turn to that page and it should have a reasonably understandable definition.
