Is pyrogenium good for root canal infections?

I have a bad root canal infection.

Pyrogenium is NOT herbal, it's a homeopathic nosode remedy. It is not a "strong" medicine in the conventional sense. Yip, it has shown good results in septicemia.

Pyrogenium is for septic infections. It's used to treat things like malaria. If your root canal has gotten so infected that you feel the need to try such a strong medicine, you need immediate medical attention. I don't mean make an appointment to see a doctor, I mean head to the emergency room.

Pyrogenium is an herbal remedy and it could be good for an infection. But your best bet is to go with penicillin or amoxicillin. When at the dental office, they will most likely use a sedative for the wound.
