No, Puzzle Place is not currently out on DVD. It is however available on VHS from amazon. But as of now it seems the company Shout! Factory, has no plans to release it on DVD.

Unfortunately, The "Puzzle Place" has not seen a DVD release as of this posting. However, there are several listings online for "Puzzle Place" VHS tapes.

I don't think so. I can only find it on VHS. I searched around using Google Shopping, and nothing really showed up.
