Neosporin is a good thing to use after getting a piercing. Because it's a triple antibiotic, it is an acceptable aftercare treatment unless your piercer provides with an aftercare regiment.

Neosporin is a good thing to use after a piercing. If you can't take the earring out yet, clean it with alcohol and dab a tiny bit of Neosporin around it. If you've had the piercing for awhile, put some Neosporin on the earring before putting it in.
