If it turns over with more difficulty than usual it may be flooded. Your manufacturer may have instructions on how to deal with a flooded engine on your bike. Be sure not to add more fuel. If you can disable the fuel injectors and crank the engine, this may help, mind the manufacturers suggestion first of all.

you can determin this by taking out the spark plug and seeing if they are wet. Let the bike sit, then try using starter fluid next start up.

Flooded means over flow of fuel? If it is so, just dry up the fuel in the carburator and wait for some time and kick-start. The engine will rev now.
