Teaching is a profession with lots of responsibilities and relatively little pay. The benefits are usually decent and once tenure is received, your position would be secure. Teachers mold our youth to become the generation of tomorrow. However, there is quite a bit of personal sacrifice in time and pay rate that comes along with choosing this line of profession.

Absolutely! Remember a teacher has the power to inspire our young people to be the best they can be. After all they are our future and need all the help.

Becoming a teacher is a worthwhile profession if you like helping and mentoring people. In most areas, teachers make between $30K and $60K per year, while in states like New York & California you might make more. However, if it is about the money, then being a teacher is not what you want to look in to.

The teacher is really a respectable profession. You can earn money and make the future citizens of the country reach dizzy heights. Of course, my wife is also a teacher.
