You can file a Federal tax return for any year in which you did not file. You cannot claim a refund (3 year limit), but you might owe.

No, but you will have quite a bit of interest added for not paying on time. You get interest for every year that it goes unpaid.

Cheer up, it's never too late to pay your taxes! Be aware that in addition to the taxes owed you will probably also owe stiff penalties, and quite a bit of interest.

No it is not too late. However, if the government has not already notified you of a fine or collection for owing the tax, they will when you file.
