Advil and tylenol are two different types of pain relievers. Advil is an anti imflamitory and tylenol is an acediminifin. You won't be doing a double dose of the same medications, but you need to make sure you don't go over the reccomended value of either as they can be hard on digestion and the liver.

Do not take Advil and Tylenol at the same time, especially for a headache. There is no benefit and it stresses the living. See a physician about your headaches.

i am not sure about advil, but you can alternate tylenol and motrin for a headache. If it desn not include the same ingrediants it may be safe to take advil and tylenol at the same time, but to be safe i would check with a doctor first. Coould it be something else that is causing the headache?

Yes, it is safe to combine the two medications as long as the directions for each are followed and no alcohol is consumed.

It's possible, but might not solve your headache. Take the Tylenol first, assuming you're >16yrs, you can take it up to 4 times 1gr/day. If this doesn't help you can add the advil 1-2hours later, with a maximum of 3x400mgr/day. If this doesn't kill the headache, consider stopping painkillers, because prolonged use can cause headache. Seek neurological advice if necessary.

Yes, you can take advil and tylenol at the same time, because they are different kinds of pain relievers and work differently, but don't take more than the recommended dose.

Its okay to use them together once in a while. Both of them are NSAIDs and using them too often together can cause an ulcer in your stomach.
