According to my dentist, yes! I use this combination a couple times a week for years and have always had very white, healthy teeth and gums.

Yes. It is safe to use hydrogen peroxide and baking soda mixed together for cleaning your teeth. Hydrogen peroxide is a whitening agent and it is a disinfectant also. Baking soda cleanses the teeth. Care should be taken not to swallow hydrogen peroxide. If you use this mixture once in a week or so you will have clean white teeth.

Yes it is safe to mix these ingredients together to clean your teeth. Baking soda was the original toothpaste and almost all of the expensive whitening products have hydrogen peroxide as a whitening agent, just make sure not to swallow the peroxide.

Hydrogen Peroxide and baking soda are perfect for whitening your teeth. In fact that is all my mother uses to clean her teeth, and she has some of the whitest teeth of anyone I know.
