None of the listed ingredients will actually kill ear mites making it useless. Also, if the ear drum is perforated by any infection this mixture could harm the innner ear.

No, it's not safe to use any homemade concoctions for treatment of ear mites. Either get a medication from a vet or buy one from a trusted and well known pet store that sells such supplies. If you use things that you make yourself or that other people have told you about, the risk to your pet can be fatal.

Safe? Yes. Effective? No. You need a perscription strength medication from the vet to kill not only the adult ear mites, but the eggs they leave behind. Besides, no cat is going to sit still for any sort of fizzing treatment inside their ears. Save yourself some scratches and get your cat to the vet.

If the vinegar is diluted to at least half vinegar and half water it should not hurt the cats. Dampen a cloth with the solution and wipe the inside of the cats years. You can also buy medication at any pet stores to treat ear mites which may be more effective than vinegar and water.

Yes, it should be safe. However, I am not quite sure how effective it will be. Your vet can give you the appropriate ear drops to clear up the mites.

No the peroxide will eat through the skin of the inner ear and could not only take the cats hearing but it could let an infection in and threaten life.

Ear mites require the use of pesticides that are safe to use in the ear. See a vet to make sure it is mites, not a bacterial or fungal infection.
