Is it safe to buy a dog online?

I would really research any online breeder. Get references and phone numbers of satisfied customers. Once you give your money up it's too late.

You can but I would like to know the dog's personality before I buy him and choose that dog out myself. I would ask for past references that lived in other states to see how satisfied they were. Ask if they had any health issues, behavior issues.

I wouldn't buy a dog online because there are so many online scams. However if I were to consider buying online I would do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions. I personally would much rather rescue a dog from a shelter then take a risk online.

Buying on line is risky. You need to check the site out and ask for proper credentials for dog.If buying from an individual this is a must. Buying from a registered dog breeder is safe,but check for all necessary licenses and such.
