no not realy its actually bad luck that it fell on you. Luck is not a real thing. Bird poop can carry diseases and should be cleaned off immediately. wash with warm water and soap.

This is a very popular, very old belief that has absolutely no reason or logic. Its just a myth. If you get bird poop on you all you need to do is clean it up - have a bath or wash your clothes as soon as possible to avoid staining.

Nope, that is definitely not good luck. I would call that bad luck. Do you enjoy having birds poop on you? I definitely do not. Bird Poop is hard to clean off, I would avoid bird poop at all costs.
