It is not possible to repair a broken tire belt. Because the tire belt is the structure of the tire, once it is broken the the rubber will start going threw the belt and create a bubble and then burst.

The belt is main part to run alternator and engine. The belt is brokend donot work the cooling fan. The fan not working the radiator water boild the cooling system of engine damaged. first to loose the adjustable bolt and to put the belt then adjust correct tight the belt. The proess is completed.
