Is it possible to get pregnant at age 44 without medical assistance?

It seems like there would be other concerns, too.

Yes, it's still possible to get pregnant at the age of 44, but there are risks with having a child at an older age both for you and the baby.

Although it is still possible, your egg count is low, so it may be harder to conceive at this age. The older you get, the higher your chances are of carrying a baby with birth defects such as down syndrome or having a miscarriage.
