The easiest way to get Clinton Rally footage would be to look on either google videos or youtube. There is a lot of good footage there.

Bill Clinton ran for governor of Arkansas, and then ran for president twice. Hillary Clinton ran for Senate, and then made a presidential bid against Obama, in 2007. You may find archival footage on either of the Clintons' website. Your best bet, however, is probably to do a search on youtube.
