Unless someone you know gives you an actual copy as a gift then no. There is no legal way to get a copy without paying for it since it is copyrighted material.
There are illegal sites online that let you download movies for free but there is no legal way to get a movie for free. If you want to acquire the film legally you'll need to pay.j
Anything is possible, as to the legality it would be much harder. If you want to watch it for free, try the library. If you want to own it for cheap, try craigslist or garage sales
I am sure if you search hard enough on the internet you can find a free harry potter movie but you can't get them free most places. They are excellent movies and have come down in price alot. When they are all released there will be a huge box set.
