You can pre-order Harry Potter movies by essentially paying for them in advance. I would not go to a Blockbuster store for this purpose because that company is now in bankruptcy.
You can pre-order copies of the Harry Potter films at Blockbuster and at many other stores and online sites as well. Some of the stores you have to pay a small deposit and then pay the rest when you pick up.
